Application For Music License (AFML)
If you wish to obtain specific authorisation to Absolute Music Library’s Catalogue, you must apply for a license through the Mechanical Copyright Society prior to any exploitation of the production. For further information regarding licensing, please contact the MCPS at the address below or click on the direct web link.
MCPS Online Media Licensing
If you wish to register, to be an authorised user of production music
or submit a license application, you can now go online, direct to
the MCPS Application For Music License (AFML) screen, by simply clicking

or Register your details here (New Users
of this Site).
Code of Conduct
All end users of production music are required
to sign the ‘Code
of Conduct’. To do this,
you will have to register
with the MCPS directly.
If you are registering with the MCPS for the first time, and you wish
to sign the Code of Conduct, the above link will take you to the MCPS
Register/Login page. Click on New users of this Site and you take it
from there.
MCPS Rate Card
The up-to-date MCPS Rates can be viewed online by clicking the
direct link

The new rates are effective from the 1st September every year.
You can also email the MCPS, rate.card@mcps.co.uk should you wish to
receive a rate card by post. Any licensing rate queries can also be
