Composers

We welcome composers who wish to submit their demos

All music submitted must be original and recorded to broadcast quality. Todays trends need to be considered and we are constantly looking for a 'unique' sound or style of music that will attract our clients' interest. We want music that has a current, commercial edge and the challenge is to develop new genres not yet covered. A difficult task, we know, but lets try to re-invent creativity from a whole new perspective. We want to be different!

Demo Specifications and Considerations

Duration of music must be approximately 1 minute for demo purposes on CD format or lo-fi MP3's via email.

If we are interested in your compositions, we will contact and brief you further on our requirements. Naturally, contract terms and conditions will be discussed prior to this.

Composers must ensure that there are no unauthorised samples or sound FX from any source, including existing recordings or musical works.

Composers may be considered for 'Commisions' work, should they wish to, according to their experience and the genres of music they excel in. 'Music to picture' will be a requirement from our clients and composers should indicate if they have this experience.

If your demo does not suit our requirements, we will email you accordingly. We are unable to return your demos, unless you indicate otherwise. If you want your demo returned, please send a pre-stamped, self-addressed jiffy bag.

If you have something unusual for us to audition in the categories above, or indeed any genre that you think we may be interested in, please contact us by email - info@absolutemusiclibrary.com and inform us that your are submitting a demo. Please indicate your name and address on your packaging. We do not open unsolicited demos.
